In order to bolster hardness and malleability, it is usually compounded as alloy.
Silver 0.925 has a certified pureness internationally.
It is a compound of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper.
- Karat Gold refers to alloy compounded by gold and other metals.
The percentage of gold in karat gold varies. So too does the amount of other metals.
- Yellow gold contains gold as the main element, as well as silver and copper. Yellow gold varieties are 22K, 18K, 14K, 10K, and 8K. The color of the metal is determined by the resulting percentage of each element inside the yellow gold.

- Natural jewelry is damaged when hit. To prevent jewelry from slipping and falling, please remember to take it off before changing clothing or washing hands. Do not wear jewelry particularly pearls before applying perfume, hairspray and cosmetics, in order to maintain its dazzle.
- When close to a hot spring area or contact with sulphur, do not wear silverwork to prevent transformation and discoloration.
- The best method is to wearing it daily because human oils may add to naturalness and tenderness of the silver.
- When it "browns" owing to oxidation, it is suggested that you wipe it with the silver cloth. Also, the problem may be solved by soaking in silver polish and cleansing with water after the soak.
- The silver cloth cannot be washed, because it contains elements within that should not be destroyed.
Maintenance of Karat Gold
- Unlike pure gold, 18K cannot be cleaned of stains by fire. Do not let it come in contact with purfume, nail polish and cleanser, or it will lose its dazzle.
- Do not wear 18K when taking a bath, so that it will not be ruined by chloride in water.
- Do not wear 18K when exercising or doing labor to avoid surface scratches.
- It is recommended that 18K be soaked in a neutral diluted cleanser, and then wiped with soft lint.
- Keep jewelry in a devoted place to avoid scratches on the surface.
Wearing Tips
- Take off the jewelry before taking a bath.
- Wipe it with a dry cloth before putting it away.
- Do not touch such chemical agents as perfume and lotion.
- Do not pull and drag it across the fabric when putting on or taking off clothes.
- Always wear on jewelry after applying makeup.
- Before removing make-ups and cleaning, take off jewelry firstly.
